2012-2013 Beginners Blacksmithing Classes
When: Classes are held on four Saturdays from 9 am – 4 pm. Three sets of classes are held this Fall, Winter and Spring. All 3 sets of classes teach the same information. You can choose either the A, B or C set of classes. Marty Hicks announces plans for hosting a bronze pour in October. He has a metal melter donated by Father Frank Wampach up and running. Plans are to have a mold making workshop Saturday afternoon, Oct. 13 and then the pour the following weekend, Oct. 20 afternoon into evening. Rain date would be Oct. 27. Location will be Marty’s home at 2223 Stewart Ave in St. Paul. Call him at 651-492-0899 if you’d like to attend. More details will be forthcoming.
