Knife Sharpening Open House 2013

Saturday June 1, 2013 Paul Widenhoefer will be hosting an informal open house in his shop about sharpening knives and talking about the process. He will demonstrate sharpening using several different methods throughout the day, including sharpening on a natural stones, diamond stones, Japanese water stones, sharpening with a belt grinder/sander and honing and stropping. He will show you how to sharpen anything you want, except your wit. If you want to actually sharpen one of your own knives or other cutting tools, bring them along.

This is a Guild event that is free to members and prospective members. A donation is suggested to cover materials if you intend to do any sharpening.
