June 2013 Membership Meeting

Mark your calendar now to attend the next Guild of Metalsmiths meeting on Wednesday, June 12 at the home of Cliff and Madonna Larsen near Vermillion, MN.
Cliff says “You are all welcome to come to my farm located at 18190 Fischer Ave, Hastings mn. 55033 . It is located just north of Vermillion MN. Go south on Highway 52 to 190th, then left two miles to Fischer Ave., then north to my place. I’ll try to have signs out.
“The meeting will start at 6:30pm. However I will be set up all day for those who can make it. There’s room to camp out if you want.
“We will have the usual potluck. I’ll have forges set up for you to use, hoping some of you will demonstrate. I will have a place for tailgaiters to set up and sell some of their excess. Dick Carlson may have some forges to sell. I plan to have a few things for you to keep your intrest.
“I have never done this before, and I want you to have a great time here. See you at the farm!”
